Amos Frimpong, a former captain of Asante Kotoko, believes Hearts of Oak will make it through the Ghana Premier League season without being relegated.

With three games remaining in the season, the Ghanaian powerhouses are facing relegation due to their poor play this season. The Phobians are now only two points above the relegation zone.

Hearts of Oak was in a perilous situation due to their poor performance and a 2-0 loss to their bitter rivals, Asante Kotoko.

The Phobians must win their remaining matches against Bechem United, Nations FC, and Great Olympics, their local rivals to stay up.

Charles Taylor is demanding that Hearts of Oak be demoted, but Amos Frimpong thinks the Phobians can stay in the league.

Relegation is not impossible for Hearts of Oak. They were just ahead of Kotoko; they didn't play poorly. He told Kessben FM, "I think they can win their next game against Nations FC to secure the three maximum points."

After 31 games this season, Hearts of Oak are ranked 15th in the league standings with 38 points. On matchday 32 of the league season, they will host Nations FC at the Accra Sports Stadium.
