After completing a transfer to the club, Congolese defender Ndongani Samba Gilbani O'Neil is hoping for a fruitful time with Ghanaian powerhouse Asante Kotoko.

The highly regarded defender signed a contract with the Porcupine Warriors on Thursday, and it is anticipated that he will be a key member of the team come playoff time.

He signed a two-year deal with the powerful Ghanaian team, committing to the team until 2026.

Speaking upon his reveal, Samba said he joined Asante Kotoko to triumph on all fronts.

"I want to give it my all here. Since Kotoko is a large club, my goal is to help the team win everything. He told the club's reporters, "I want to win the Ghana Premier League and also qualify for Africa."

Ndongani joins newcomers Emmanuel Antwi, Esmat Hassabalbagi, and Yoouef Yagoub as Asante Kotoko's fourth off-season addition.

After a dismal campaign the previous year, the Porcupine Warriors are actively seeking to add quality players to their squad for the 2024–2025 season via transfers.

Kotoko is determined to alter the course of events in the forthcoming campaign after finishing sixth in the just-finished season.
