With five games remaining in the current season, the Ugandan striker has his work cut out for him if he wants to earn the Golden Boot.
With eleven goals so far, he is one goal behind Hamza Issah and Stephen Amankona, who are tied for first place.
He could lead Asante Kotoko to a top-half finish at the end of the season in his quest to score more goals.
He said to the team representing the club's media "As a striker, if you want to see that you are improving, you have to fight and at least equal the number you scored last season or go beyond that so we still have five more games (in the league)".
"This encourages me and gives me hope that I can at least see the end goal, which is grabbing the golden boot."
